Terms of Sale
1. Seller
VyreLife, ⚠ Full postal address, reachable at vyrelife1@gmail.com (“we”, “us”). LuméSkin is a brand of VyreLife.
These terms apply to every order placed through this site. They apply in the version published at the time you order.
2. The product
LuméSkin V-Face Lifter — $39.99. It is a cosmetic beauty device for personal use on the skin of the face and jawline.
It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim or as a substitute for professional advice. If you are pregnant, wear a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any condition affecting the skin or nerves of the face, consult a doctor before use.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is shown separately and added before you confirm the order — you always see the full amount before you pay.
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on or included in the price.
Goods are dispatched from China. On deliveries that cross a customs border — which, depending on where you are, may be most of them — import duties, taxes, or handling fees may be levied on arrival. These are set by your own country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by you.
4. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is your offer to buy. The contract comes into effect when we send you an order confirmation by email, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. An automatic acknowledgement that your order arrived is not yet an acceptance.
We may decline an order — for example if the product is out of stock, if the price was displayed with an obvious error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, you pay nothing, and anything already charged is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Wix and the payment providers configured there. We never receive or store your card details. Title in the goods passes to you once payment has cleared in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, destinations, and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Stated delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may set a reasonable extension and, if that passes without delivery, cancel and receive a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The full terms, the return address, and a model withdrawal form are on the Right of Withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.
We grant this right to every customer as a contractual promise, whether or not the law of your country requires it.
8. Faulty goods
We are liable for defects present at delivery for two years from the day you receive the goods. If the device is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its ordinary purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement at our cost; if that fails, is impossible, or takes an unreasonable time, you may reduce the price or cancel the contract for a refund.
This covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover normal wear, damage from dropping or liquid ingress, or damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.
Report a defect to vyrelife1@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph or short video, and we will arrange the return at our expense.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent and gross negligence, and wherever mandatory product-liability law applies. Otherwise our liability is limited to damage that was reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is our registered seat.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there. Consumers in the EU can additionally use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Severability
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
