Your right

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you — or a third party you name, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

Tell us in a clear statement before the 14 days are up: an email to vyrelife1@gmail.com is enough. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the deadline is what counts, not when it reaches us.

Returning the goods without a word is not a withdrawal — we need the notice to know an unannounced parcel is yours.

Sending the goods back

Ship them back within 14 days of giving notice, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described — then we pay, and you should contact us before shipping anything.

We recommend a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us, the risk of loss is yours, and tracking is the only way to prove it was sent.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — or of proof you sent them, whichever comes first. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.

The refund goes back by the same means you paid. It costs you nothing.

Handling the device

You may unpack and try the device as you would in a shop. If you handle it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, and its value drops as a result, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, please keep any sealed accessories sealed unless you intend to keep the product.
