Who is responsible

What this site collects
Traffic measurement. Vercel Web Analytics records page views without cookies and without cross-site identifiers.
Advertising measurement. When an advertising campaign is running, this site may load the Meta, TikTok, or Google measurement scripts. They set their own cookies and report to their platforms that a page was viewed, a checkout was started, or a purchase completed, together with the order value. Where no campaign is configured, none of these scripts load at all.
Your cart. A cookie named wix_tokens holds an anonymous visitor token so your cart survives a page reload. It expires after 30 days.
Order hand-off. When you start a checkout, the product name, price, and checkout id are stored in your browser’s session storage. It is read once when you return from the checkout, so the sale can be attributed, and is deleted in the same step. It never leaves your browser except as the conversion values described above.
What happens at checkout
The checkout itself is operated by Wix on vyrelife.com. Your name, address, and payment details are entered there and processed by Wix and its payment providers under their own privacy terms. This site never receives or stores your payment data.
Processors
Vercel (hosting and analytics), Wix (store, checkout, payments), and — only while a campaign is active — the advertising platform in use.
Why we may process your data
To perform the contract. The cart cookie and the order hand-off exist so a purchase can happen at all. Without them the shop does not work.
Legitimate interest. Cookieless traffic measurement, to see whether the site works and where it fails.
Consent. The advertising pixels, where consent is required in your country. You may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future.
For visitors in the EU/EEA this is Art. 6(1)(b), (f) and (a) GDPR respectively; in Switzerland the equivalent grounds under the FADP.
How long we keep it
The cart cookie expires after 30 days. The order hand-off in session storage is deleted the moment it is read, and in any case when you close the tab. Traffic statistics are aggregated and hold nothing that identifies you. Advertising platforms apply their own retention, which we do not control.
Order records themselves are held by Wix and kept as long as commercial and tax law requires — generally ten years.
Data leaving your country
Our processors operate outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Transfers rest on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers’ own transfer frameworks.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to vyrelife1@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days and it costs you nothing.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU/EEA the authority where you live or work.
